M Cloth Antibacterial Cleaning Pad and Bundles

1. Why are we selling as bundles?

We simply do not have enough stock of the pads alone to keep it on sale for more than a few minutes. At present, we cannot afford to send single pads out individually, due to the postage and packing costs involved.

We are working on solutions to resolve these issues and increasing stock availability, to bring these back to you as soon as possible.

2. Why has your website gone out of action?

The unprecedented volumes of traffic have proved too much for our servers despite upgrading these several times.  It is difficult to manage traffic spikes of this kind for anybody.

We are working daily to improve the site amd upgrade further  but generally, the site usually recovers in an hour or so . If you are unable to connect please try again after a short time.

3. Are the bundles of good value or just a money making exercise?

We absolutely believe our bundles are good value. Minky produce some of the best cleaning products available and we have included these at a much reduced pricing, to help our customers who want to buy our products from us in the long term.

4. Will the M cloth range be available again?

Yes, we will be resuming supplies of these items as soon as we can build our stocks in the next few weeks.

5. Will you be producing more exciting bundles and new products?

Yes, we will be featuring our latest and covered products in the near future!

6. Why is my tracking information not working?

All of our Bundles are sent out with Royal Mail. If there is no information showing for your tracking number please wait 24 hours and try again.

If no tracking information appears for 72 hours then please contact us. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery after receiving the dispatch confirmation email.

Dispatch and Order Confirmation Emails

1. Has my order gone through?

After placing your order, you should receive a Confirmation Email stating your order is being processed.

If however, you do not receive this email, you can use your PayPal confirmation email as a receipt of your order going through.

2. Has my order been dispatched?

You will receive a Dispatch Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Due to high volumes of orders being sent out, please allow 6 working days after receiving your Order Confirmation email to receive your items.

3. Why is my tracking information not working?
